Ctwb. Ltd. were asked to create a unique point of customer service difference
for
Lewis & Hickey Architects. Ctwb. Ltd developed a Customer Relationship service,
in the form of a CRM ( Customer Relationship Manometer).
The role was established to work alongside the architectural services account
manager we ensured it's clients ; including Job Centre Plus,
Borders Books and Habitat,
received the highest quality of service at all times.
