Salvation Army Trading Company Ltd – Interim Executive

Ctwb. Ltd created and delivered a business plan to radically change Satcol’s (Salvation Army
Trading Company) understanding of its business and ways of generating additional sales.
By working with the Salvation Army retail team, Ctwb. Ltd identified opportunities to create
a wholesale opportunities and maximise usage of donated products. This led to the
establishment of a showroom in central London, selling vintage
clothes and furs to trade customers.
