The flat management structure within Habitat, brings with it great benefits but an
unexpected difficulty of developing internal talent to become senior store managers.
Ctwb. Ltd was invited to mentor and coach a number of managers with the aim of producing
a cadre of people who would proactively drive sales, inspire their teams and set and deliver
exceptional standards of customer service and in store visual merchandising.  The managers
have gone on to exceed their targets and are now contributing a higher level within the
company and communicating regularly at board level.
